Unnecessary length of time repeatedly to service or repair my vehicle, ignoring and incorrect diagnosis and non-repairs according to follow up from different JEEP dealer, unnecessary expense for me for repair my vehicle, ignoring and incorrect diagnosis and non-repairs according to follow up from different JEEP dealer, unnecessary expense for me for rental car after 30 days when my car was operating and they appear to have done nothing but run tests, Incorrect diagnosis of car issues according to other dealer service center, and other mechanics, extremely rude treatment by assistant service manager manager, Christian, all these have left me horrendously offended at treatment and experience from KENDALL Dodge. I will never go back there again. Several service advisors did their best and were helpful. I do not blame them. It apparently is standard treatment and procedure at Kendall dodge. . That is terrible at this particular Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealer and service department. I am very unsure of reliability of my Jeep and ability to correctly diagnose and maintain and keep this car. I would greatly question Newer jeep reputations and warn anybody, Do not bring your car to Kendall Jeep for servicing. All this with a Mopar warranty also. More

I always enjoy going to this dealership but this one time I went I had a bad experience. I’ve took my car to get fully serviced that means a full multi service job done on my car before my warranty was expir I went I had a bad experience. They said they found a few things that needed to be serviced and they did service the car however when I left the dealership I’ve noticed a wobble coming from my front end of my car didn’t think much of it so the next time I went to the dealership for an oil change I bought that to their attention they reply was your warranty is up and it gone cost you around a thousand plus dollars to fix it. More

I went to the dealership prior to my last oil change due to my warranty was gonna be up. The dealership inspected my car and fix a minor problem. They said everything was fixed when I got on the turnpike. I to my warranty was gonna be up. The dealership inspected my car and fix a minor problem. They said everything was fixed when I got on the turnpike. I noticed my car was wobbling uncomfortably. My next oil change was done at the dealership. No my car had 38,000 miles. Almost brand new car. I don’t speed. Don’t drive my car roughly or anything just a normal car so I took my car back to the dealership with 40,000 miles currently on it. They said my warranty was expired and gave me an estimate price over $1000 to fix my problem unfortunately I didn’t have the funds to resolve my problem. I’m stuck driving in wobbly uncomfortable car that I bought off the showroom floor at this dealership. Now let me make myself clear. This was the first time I ever experience this type of treatment at this dealership. This dealership is very friendly, polite, and understanding unfortunately, it was a bad day at the dealership. I will recommend friends and family to do business at this dealership, but if I have another bad experience, I would take my business elsewhere. More

Our car was turned in on a Tuesday for diagnostics. We consistently called and texted to no avail for an update on the car but we never heard back or got any sort of response. We finally go to the deal We consistently called and texted to no avail for an update on the car but we never heard back or got any sort of response. We finally go to the dealer the following Tuesday because we were tired of waiting and we are give a RIDICULOUS quote for almost $8000. Since we hadn't heard back, we shopped around and everyone else was quoting $3000-5000. We ask to take the car and then there is a "miscellaneous charge" of $50 on the invoice, apart from the $300 we were initially told. This dealer is a joke! More

My service adviser Jonathan Prieto helped me out a lot with all of my vehicle that wore in the shop all 3 of my charger where serviceded correctly and a very well professional work done to them.
