I was able to change the date and time of my appointment with ease. My steering mechanism needed repair in addition to routine maintenance. I arrived at 2 pm and all the work was completed by 6 pm. I greatly appreciate that I didn’t need to leave the car overnight. I didn’t need an Uber ride to and from the dealer. Everyone was courteous and efficient. Thank you. More

Customer service Rep was great. But none of my fluids were topped off when giving a report that stated they were. Time before this we were left waiting till service department close But none of my fluids were topped off when giving a report that stated they were.
