Absolute worse dealership ive ever been to in my life. AVOID this dealership at all costs. These guys are a classic Bait and Switch dealership, they advertise a low price to get you in, and slap add ons a AVOID this dealership at all costs. These guys are a classic Bait and Switch dealership, they advertise a low price to get you in, and slap add ons and make it MANDATORY to purchase, their own car stickers AND terms of service state that add ons are optional and not required for purchase but in person they refuse to sell at the price they have listed, absolutely no where on their website do they list any item with the final price of the car, expect to marketed up, they tried forcing $8,000 of add ons to my purchase, add ons can be pre installed and made to be puchrased with the car but if they advertised as optional and in person they refuse when requested then its is mandatory and must be advertised as so,Yasser Soliman and Sonny Lam were extremely rude, dismissive, and point blank lied at every point of the process, Sonny Lam said to me " I can do whatever I w want it's my dealership " and walked away mid sentence while I was speaking when explaining his own companies rules, Yasser Soloman said to my face that I am a headache customer and to call the governor himself and extend my complaint to the max, I even told him I would buy the car with all the add ons included if he showed me where it was shown that it wasnt optional, he said " good for you that you're buying because im not selling to you" ALL of this because I asked them to remove the add ons they advertised as optional, I never asked for more than what they advertised. This is how they treat cusotmers that dont automatically believe what they say and call them out in their illegal practices. More

Be careful of this dealership they give you a quote on one price and when it’s all set and done it’s more than the quote. Terrible customer service you call the service manager to file a complaint. The internet sales manager, Sabrinna, and Finance Manager, Dennie, were AMAZING to work with. Got an opportunity to connect with the GM, Mike Lee, who was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I had terrible experience with Yasser, who tried insist I had to pay for extras not on the window sticker. When I raised concerns about “trust” and the “relationship,” he stated very clearly and forcefully, “his job is about the transaction not the relationship.” In fact, he is wrong—completely wrong. He role is entirely about the relationship. I was prepared to walk away, until Mike Lee thoughtfully stepped in. More

Traveled all the way up from San Diego on a train and uber to get this car, confirmed a dozen times that I had reserved it and it would be there the next day. Asked if I could put some money to hold the uber to get this car, confirmed a dozen times that I had reserved it and it would be there the next day. Asked if I could put some money to hold the car was told that was necessary and get there the next morning and find out they had sold the car the night before and didn’t inform me until I traveled 2.5 hours to get there. THEN instead of delivering a car to me to make up for their mistake, they made me go all the way to Palm Springs to get my car OR make me wait for 6 plus hours until they can bring it to me.
