I need to revise my previous review. I have learned that it is quite standard for new cars to take up to 5 days for inspections and cleaning. Meanwhile the car is in the lot and up for s I have learned that it is quite standard for new cars to take up to 5 days for inspections and cleaning. Meanwhile the car is in the lot and up for sale. Both Faith and Steve K wanted me to get first choice in purchasing the car and that is why inspection was not yet done. Apparently customers do buy them prior to inspection. Steve found my car within a day I told him what I was looking for and he took the time to call me and set up an appointment to see it. I am grateful for that! Faith then went out of her way to make sure my expectations were met. And I greatly appreciate that! In retrospect I would recommend Corwin Toyota. More

We usually say no to everything, but because there was no pressure, and it didn't feel like he was actually trying to sell us, simply being informative (which is what made the finance guy (Matt I think his name was) a great salesman) we chose a couple things to add to the vehicle.
