Corwin Toyota sold me a certified vehicle and then a $2000 service warranty and almost a month later have fixed nothing. I get the run around and sit in the lobby for hours. John was extremely helpful and genuinely cares. When I first walked up to the reception desk an older sales lady was bad mouthing a salesman to the receptionist. That put a bad taste in my mouth . Spoke with dealership personnel over the phone. People were nice. The reason for 2 stars is because they are charging thousands over MSRP thus will not consider them for any purchase of a new vehic People were nice. Long story short I had received an email to contact this person ( Brant Wilson) and to I have tried on several occasions. Left 2 messages cause I wasn’t sure if the first 1 actually went thru so I did a fo person ( Brant Wilson) and to I have tried on several occasions. If they are out of office for any length of time then they need to say so in there recording that they have set up that we hear. More

ST asked me if they fixed the ac problem and c why the check engine light was on and take care of that and I told him along w all the other things that’s were wrong w it too then yes I am interested in it check engine light was on and take care of that and I told him along w all the other things that’s were wrong w it too then yes I am interested in it. So of course I was under the impression that they were going to fix all the problems. Well 45 days or so later it’s still a fight w then and now can’t even get a call back from 1 of the managers that was going to talk w 2 others managers and I walked in there today after having the check engine light come on last weekend then go off by Monday and now comes back on again Saturday to find out nobody in the service department can to anything it anyways nor can they when it’s off too. So I have been very disappointed w the managers over there. The sales person I had was great. But wished I didn’t go w this and now will have to take a Loss on it. More
