We bought a used 2019 Forester. The staff with whom we worked were all helpful & professional: Christian in sales (especially) & Niz in the office & the parts desk person. The car The staff with whom we worked were all helpful & professional: Christian in sales (especially) & Niz in the office & the parts desk person. The car was well-prepared. My one complaint is that the business model is an antiquated dinosaur: offers & counteroffers are made to someone behind dark glass and on high (literally!) whom we never see and who gives daffy rationales for counteroffers. It would be much more like the Subaru vibe to have no-dicker pricing. I would recommend the dealership without reservation if that one change were made. More
