I brought my 2015 4 Runner in for a much needed check-up. This was my first time using Imperial Toyota and the experience was fantastic. Gene Desroches was very helpful and attentive. . going above and beyond! He even tried to fix my issue himself.. when that didn't work he made sure it got done correctly!! Witch meant alot to me be . going above and beyond! He even tried to fix my issue himself.. when that didn't work he made sure it got done correctly!! Witch meant alot to me because it was a on going issue that others fluffed off.. he also kept in constant contact with me as it took a few days to fix.. not once did I have to wonder what was going on! I had an 11:00 AM appointment for the Imperial Quadruple Deal. oil change, tire rotation. I arrived 5 minutes early, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to the service waiting area ask Deal. oil change, tire rotation. I arrived 5 minutes early, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to the service waiting area ask if I wanted anyone particular which I did not and said I would speak with the next available service advisor. We went over the service I requested. He told me to have a seat in the waiting area and they would notify me when the car was ready. At 11:45 This is why I have my Toyota serviced at Imperial Toyota in Milford. Quick and Easy! More
