They took the time to answer all my questions with no pressure. I left a necklace in the Chevy Tahoe I traded in, Dylan tracked my necklace down and returned it to me. Service dept lacked communication skills was told be contacted more than one time no contact made. Asked for extra service to be preformed before pick up was told they call back to let me know if could contacted more than one time no contact made.
