Freddie at Cutter was fantastic. I previously had some not-so-great experiences at other Ford dealers on-island, so I drove out of my way to give Cutter a shot. Freddie was super personable, listened to me, answered all of my questions, spent extra time to show me some new features and get my phone connected to my new truck. Had a great experience at Cutter getting our 2014 Fusion serviced. Setup the appointment online and got the call confirmation a few days later.
