Best Car Buying Experience I found this dealership online months prior to visiting. I had been in the market for a car for several months and had narrowed it down to a Jeep. Hay I found this dealership online months prior to visiting. I had been in the market for a car for several months and had narrowed it down to a Jeep. Hayes had the lowest prices on new Jeeps in metro Atlanta. When I was ready to buy and knew what I wanted I visited Hayes dealership. I made contact with Taurean prior to my visit. I was not looking forward to the whole car buying visit. I planned my visit early in the morning and had backup dealers to visit if things fell through...as they likely do. I went in knowing my max down payment and monthly payments. After a few moments of negotiations they told me they would meet me where I wanted! I assumed when Taurean came back that he was going to show me other less expensive models...but he said you're going to get what you wanted car and all! I believe I was in and out with papers signed in about 1.5-2 hours. Everyone was SO friendly! More

I already had my vehicle picked out before I got to the dealership, so I told Evon what I was looking for and he took me right to it. Everything was easy from that point until I got into my new car. Evon and Ernest were both very friendly and explained everything about my vehicle, the buying process, and what this dealership has to offer (which is pretty much everything, from service and parts right up to the cars). If the day ever comes that I need another car and I'm looking for any of the brands that they have at Hayes, I'll definitely come back. More
