Above and beyond customer service!!! Scott Webster and Ernest were great to work with. Although, my husband and I originally went to the dealership looking at one particular model due to Scott Webster and Ernest were great to work with. Although, my husband and I originally went to the dealership looking at one particular model due to slight credit issues and being upside down on our trade they were able to accomodate us and were able to provide all the amenities that we wanted. We didn't feel any pressure and were left more knowledgeable than we had walked in. Scott was thorough in explaining the trucks features, and made it his mission to run around the dealership getting the model,/color/amenities/etc until we had smiles on our faces. Good customer serivce is hard to come by these days but Scott is 100% transparent and upfront with you..He knows that it isn't about just selling a car but building a rapport with his clients so that they come back to him time and time again. My husband and I can say that we will definitely be recommending Scott to my friends and family members for all of their car needs. More

Actually, we had been trying to decide between a Journey and a Durango for over a year, and never got any pressure from Scott to buy at any certain time. The Finance Department is also great; we worked with Ernest Clarke; a real professional. He really works to understand what type of financing will work for each customer. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Hayes in the last 4 years; we'll keep going back. More

However, after my other vehicle went into the shop again I knew it was time to get out of it and upgrade to something reliable(my other vehicle was in the shop more than I drove it, in the amount of time owned it of 3 years). Paul, our salesman made our experience more than enjoyable. Paul went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied of what I bought.
