Poor business customer service. Fatima was very good, but the financial officer needs to be retrained. She was upset because I didn’t buy the extra insurance. Also, the first car I was buying had a strong dog odor coming from the cargo area. Somebody was supposed to eliminate that smell before advertising it for sale. In addition, the financial officer Erika Paleny, failed to install the RecovR device. And they failed to answer to my emails. More
