What a fantastic experience buying a new car! My first car out of college was a '95 Escort, so it had been awhile since I had bought a Ford, and so far I am blown away by how far Ford has come i My first car out of college was a '95 Escort, so it had been awhile since I had bought a Ford, and so far I am blown away by how far Ford has come in terms of the technology and workmanship that goes into their cars! Erik Padilla was my salesman, and he was absolutely the BEST in helping me put in a custom order for my Ford Escape PHEV, which was backordered for months. However, Erik was great about always following up on the status of my vehicle, and when it finally came in he and Sam, our sales manager, worked their magic to lock in customer price protection from the increases in pricing that has happened in the last 6 months due to inflation, as well as getting me the old customer rebate promotion. In a time when many dealerships are marking up way above MSRP, it was refreshing to find a dealer that wasn't trying to just gouge its customers, and instead make an honest buck by providing outstanding service and value to its customer base! The experience of picking up my vehicle was great also, and Erik really took his time to walk me through all of the features of the new car, from how to charge it up, to trying out the different drive modes in a test drive, to setting up the FordPass app on my phone and getting it connected to my new car! I also enjoyed working with the rest of the staff in the financing department, and look forward to bringing in my car for service and doing future business with Fair Oaks Ford! Would definitely recommend to any family and friends looking for a good car at a fair price! More

My husband and I had a horrible experience at this dealership working with Erik. We came to purchase an F-150 and after an hour of negotiation it was obvious they could not meet us where we wanted to dealership working with Erik. We came to purchase an F-150 and after an hour of negotiation it was obvious they could not meet us where we wanted to be for the truck and we decided to walk out. It was not until we had our backs to Erik that he stated he could get us where we wanted to be, when we still said no he continued to say he could get us lower than we wanted to be…we still chose to leave. Had he been up front from the beginning we would have left with the truck. 2 days later we went to another dealership and got $6K more than they quoted us for my trade in and a nicer truck for the price we wanted to pay. 3 weeks have gone by and Erik continues to hound my husband, and finally today stated they still had the truck and they have since discounted the price if we were still in the market. We came to leave with that truck that day, and Erik played nothing but the games that makes the car buying experience horrible. I would not recommend this dealership nor would I recommend working with Erik. We had an amazing experience elsewhere and it’s not surprising they still have the truck we came to buy. If they truly wanted our business they would have had it. Very unfortunate situation. More

Best car buying experience I have had to date. I’m 66 years old and have now bought 5 ford trucks. This is the first time I have been here and bought from Fair Oaks. Eric was great ( salesman) and the whole staff was as well. Really helped me get what I wanted ( F 150 platinum supercrew 2022 ) I was always kept informed on my order status. Brought it in for paint and body protection and the service department were extremely pleasant and friendly to work with. No problem as far as a loaner either. So far I’m very happy with the truck and can see my wife going there when she wants to replace hers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, More
