Brought my vehicle in for an appointment, over 14 days there I finally got it back. I have no idea why it took so long. It has a warranty on it, so after contacting Mopar directly, it seemed that it start there I finally got it back. I have no idea why it took so long. It has a warranty on it, so after contacting Mopar directly, it seemed that it started to get work on. It was still an extremely long time for the work that was done. They should never had happen. I will not be returning to that dealership. There is a lot of miscommunication I believe. Nobody seems to know anything. More

Very nice service department. tried to take us for $700 plus dollars for an issue that was clearly a warranty issue. and yes they did work on this vehicle twice. The tool that caused the problem was left by them. We will never go to was clearly a warranty issue. and yes they did work on this vehicle twice. The tool that caused the problem was left by them. We will never go to Nyes for any type of work. They don't deserve to have a dodge franchise. More
