I had a problem with my brand new car, the engine light came on in the first week, nothing the dealership could of done to avoid it, likely a lemon. Mercedes of the Woodlands called me up and put me into another car at no charge. They were very helpful and I appreciate everything they did to make my experience great. They did everything they could to make sure I was happy and satisfied. They went above and beyond and its not everyday you walk into a dealership and get that kind of treatment. I highly recommend this dealership for its beautiful new dealership, great service and amazing people. More

A Senior Dream Comes True When I arrived at the MBOTW dealership, I had an idea of the model MB I wanted. I was enthusiastically greeted by Sales Client Advisor- Monica Sauced When I arrived at the MBOTW dealership, I had an idea of the model MB I wanted. I was enthusiastically greeted by Sales Client Advisor- Monica Sauceda. She proceeded in showing me a similar model in their beautiful showroom. Monica did not pressure me, and she could sense my apprehension, and with her assurance that I would be able to buy a new MB. Monica throughout the entire process displayed expertise , professionalism, tenacity, friendliness, compassion and truly a genuine warmth in my buying process. Monica you are SUPERB!!!
