In the end, I decided I needed to drive a Kia before I could even continue considering a Sportage over a Rav4. The test-drive, the friendliness and low-key approach of the sales staff, did the trick. My sales person, Erica York, was SO enjoyable to work with — personable, accommodating, and utterly genuine. She was a new employee at Paramount Kia, so her team members were helpful to both of us without taking over her sale — a fact that impressed me immensely.
