Could not be more pleased with our car-purchasing experience! We have been long-time customers of Auto Nation, but recently, because of the two hurricanes, we needed to purchase a car for ourselves, experience! We have been long-time customers of Auto Nation, but recently, because of the two hurricanes, we needed to purchase a car for ourselves, and help our daughter to purchase not one, but two vehicles. This could have been a nightmare experience, except that ERICA CEBREROS, who served as our sales agent, was AMAZING. She listened, she was all business while being very pleasant and thoughtful, and absolutely covered all the bases we needed covered. The Finance Manager was also exceptional -- all business (which we appreciated!), but thoughtful and pleasant, and went the extra mile to help us achieve these successive car deals.
