One of the worst experiences ever in a "service" environment. 8:30 appointment for routine oil change and alignment. 4 hours. Missed afternoon appointment because I only alotted the entire morning environment. 8:30 appointment for routine oil change and alignment. 4 hours. Missed afternoon appointment because I only alotted the entire morning to having my car serviced. I will abide by Honda suggestions about service but I am unlikely to buy again or recommend. My time is valuable to me. Quality of the work is not at all in question but not worth the price and the time. Friendliness is a ridiculous parameter; no compensation for dishonesty with regard to estimated wait time. Making the appointment is also irritating and time consuming and hearing how Honda is always better than the competition is ludicrous More

Was told my car would be done through express and that I would “get a discount” being that my car wasn’t fixed the first time I dropped it off. I asked to have my car done by a certain time being that I ha would “get a discount” being that my car wasn’t fixed the first time I dropped it off. I asked to have my car done by a certain time being that I had to work the next day. My car wasn’t ready and I had to wait until Monday to pick it up. On Monday when I went to pick my car up I was told my bill was $430. I asked what all was done to my car when only my push to start button should’ve been done . The cashier walked me back to one of the service members where he had explained that 2 weeks ago when my car was at Honda and the O2 sensor was fixed instead of my start stop button, that they never charged me for the new O2 sensor they put in. They only charged me for the labor that was done not the actual part. Thank god o had the extra money or else I wouldn’t have been able to get my car for Honda’s mistake ! More

When I arrived for recall service, I was happy to see Eric Weaver was there. I have not always had a positive experience at Honda of Freehold but I knew that I could trust Eric. If I had gotten a differe Eric Weaver was there. I have not always had a positive experience at Honda of Freehold but I knew that I could trust Eric. If I had gotten a different representative, I would have politely asked for him, even if it meant waiting a little longer. I know that he will be professional, will give me an accurate estimate of how long they will need my vehicle and will contact me as soon as my vehicle is ready. More

Fast, friendly and reliable. I liked that they washed my car. They should also vacuum and wipe the inside as well though. I thought I had a warranty for the entire lease term. I was told that.
