I just had a fantastic experience with Imperial Toyota in Milford MA. I ran my own numbers after visiting with my salesman Jean and thought there was no chances. The Sales Manager Eric and Jean called me and Milford MA. I ran my own numbers after visiting with my salesman Jean and thought there was no chances. The Sales Manager Eric and Jean called me and had me come in and they would work their magic. To my surprise, Jean and Eric put the numbers together and after working with a great business manager Desiree I walked out with a brand new 2025 Toyota Tacoma. Thank you Jean, Eric and Desiree for making this an enjoyable car purchasing experience. More

Working with the salesperson at Imperial Toyota, Eric, was straightforward with no pressure and I was able to pick my new 2025 Camry quickly after trading in my 15-year-old Camry. However, working with Amer to get the car ready and the paperwork completed was icing on the cake. He not only kept me informed of every next step of the process and how long it would take, he took the time to help me sync my phone to the car’s multimedia technology, explain all the options on the touchscreen and dashboard, and made himself available a few days later when I dropped off/picked up some paperwork, got in the car to answer more questions and told me not to hesitate to contact him if I had any other questions. Amer is the definition of customer service. More
