I bought two cars within two months from here. The first one was a mistake that had issues. I took it back within less than a month and had it in their service department for atleast three weeks. I would have just bought a new one had I known that a certified pre-owned vehicle had the problems the first one had. My down payment was null and void and instead of making me whole and doing right they made me take on the rest of the original loan. The vehicle in question was 100% not my fault and I paid for a business's mistake, on top of my original 7K down payment was null in void. I took my only option at "new" vehicle that had three thousand miles on it without any of the price taken off. So i ended up having to pay for their mistake, my down-payment taken, and im paying way more for a vehicle than i originally should have. All at no fault of my own. I didn't have a choice either because that was my only ride. Im 100% permanent and totally disabled through the VA. They probably wont be who I go to in the future. More
