I scheduled an oil change a week out and received a confirmation text. I arrived at Stingray Chevrolet and was told they have no oil , I wasted 2 hrs. Of my time . Returned for the second time and Er confirmation text. I arrived at Stingray Chevrolet and was told they have no oil , I wasted 2 hrs. Of my time . Returned for the second time and Eric Scott was angry with me stating he had to pay for my oil change.. maybe Eric Scott should have called his customers and need pro active on his job. While watching the attendant fill my oil , one hand is on his phone ( watching something) and one had pouring the oil in my 2023 Stingray , not happy, maybe time for a new Chevrolet Dealer. More

Normally top notch. On this day not so much. Simple oil change on a Vette...over 3 hours. Spilled oil in the engine compartment. They cleaned it but now I have an oil On this day not so much. They cleaned it but now I have an oil smell in the car to deal with.told car was ready but when I went out to drive it away the mechanic said he wasn't finished yet. It finally was finished. What is normally a routine was a nightmare. Hopefully it was just a bad day. More
