Eric was great. I had inquired about a lease I found on Chevy.com and he reached out to me. I arrived for a test drive and he had the car ready to go. He explained the features on the drive and we came back to crunch numbers. The offer was nowhere near the quote from Chevy.com but he was able to structure something to my satisfaction. He worked back and forth with management to get something done and I was happy with the purchase. Eric went above and beyond. I'll be sending him referrals and will be back in a couple years when my lease ends. More

The first rep was excellent. Friendly, fast, and helpful. However, he wasn't able to fix the issue so he sent my car to the back and said Juan Fletes would take care of it. Extremely underwhelming experience from Juan Fletes. I saw my car sitting behind the building in the lot for hours until I finally went inside to find who Juan was and ask about the progress. He said it just finished and that we would need to order a part. He said the part would arrive the next day and he would call me. The next day was 3 days ago and still no call. More

I spent time looking at a variety of cars, and the team was incredibly patient while I explored my options—even when I ended up completely changing my mind and going with something I never expected, but now absolutely love. Not only did they get me exactly what I needed, when I needed it, but they also helped me get everything wrapped up in time to pick up my son from daycare—so the process was efficient and painless. JC was especially accommodating throughout the experience, and Sam worked hard to make sure the numbers fit within my budget. The follow-up and customer care after the sale have been excellent as well. I’m a happy customer and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
