This was my second time scheduling an *appointment* for them to tell me it’s gonna take 2 and a half hours plus because they’re backed up and lunch is from 12-1. If that’s the case why have open time slots to be confirmed for appointments even during lunch hours. And since when does an oil change take 2 hours plus. After my first appointment being told this information I was convinced to reschedule especially considering I brought my young son and did not know it would take that long. They communicated with me that the weekend is first come first serve you don’t need an appointment. On Saturday I called at 3:15pm considering online it says they close at 8pm. The rude woman on the line tells me they stop taking walk ins at 3pm because they close at 6pm and they’re closed on Sunday. At this point I feel as if the workers just created their own work schedule to what’s convent for them. This location is not focused on any customer service satisfaction. When I walked in for my second attempt of my confirmed appointment at 10am, the worker told me it would be done till after lunch. That’s waiting four hours for a scheduled appointment for an oil change. After I got a text confirming my vehicle was completed it took the employer 1 hour to find my keys and pull up my vehicle. I will never return to this location or advise anyone to waist there time. More
