Seems like this location’s service went down after South Austin Nissan sold the dealership to City Limits Nissan. Service website is not friendly & allow scheduling certain details. On my last visit-I ask Austin Nissan sold the dealership to City Limits Nissan. Service website is not friendly & allow scheduling certain details. On my last visit-I asked them to check my cabin filter & check my brake pads. Neither of the two were completed. My schedule is extremely busy due to my job & the hours I work. Now I have to make another appointment to have my brake pads checked. Service guy was very nice. My fault for not double checking prior to leaving the dealership. More

Not 5 stars because they did not tell me my battery was old and should be replaced. I found that out a week later when my car had to be jumped. That’s a miss. It should have been checked during the rout old and should be replaced. I found that out a week later when my car had to be jumped. That’s a miss.
