I have to say that our experience with Ed Napleton Porsche was the most positive from start to finish. Our online search connected us with Eric Hargrove who was most professional and responsive. We then visited the new dealership where we worked with Scott Hall who was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering our many questions - helping us to make informed decisions and ultimately a final selection. My wife and I are extremely excited to own a new Cayenne and also for the warm welcome we have received from the Ed Napleton Porsche family. More

He was the service manager for a long time and he knows everything there is to know about Porsche. if you’re thinking about buying a Porsche, Kerry will take time to educate you on the different models and the brand. He’ll probably even have you test drive each model to make sure you know the difference before making a decision. Very educational style and not pushy.” My neighbor’s description of Kerry matched my exact experience. Two 911’s and a Macan GTS later, I have no reservations about referring people to Kerry and Napleton Porsche. I even went to them to buy a used Audi because of our relationship. More

Shattered dream Though my purchase was years ago, I'm still driving my first Porsche. And it's a shattered dream. It was ordered wrong. It was supposed to be like the brochure, the black style. But it has an awful wide chrome ring around the door windows. Unfixable. I couldn't get black wheels with All Season tires, a real disappointment. The comfort of the seats was a differentiator over the Mercedes. My salesman Chris Barnaba repeatedly heard that loud and clear. However we got the deeply bucketed performance sport seats. Literally a pain in the xxx to slide over. They wouldn't change it. PorscheUSA wouldn't even call me back. It remains a constant reminder. We're in Chicagoland, I specified every cold weather option - even got the electric windshield. But the heated steering wheel was missed. Fought them for months and they finally said they'd do me the favor of putting the equipment on the car that I ordered. Meanwhile the salesman Chris Barnaba argued that since I signed the order that it was my fault. Terrible service, terrible. Later I complained about the noisy clock, ahem $620 optional Sport Chrono. Later, the hands twisted themselves off and are laying inside the glass. A constant reminder of the always overstated excellence of 'german engineering.' Also in the 'constant reminder' category is the gaudy key fob in the shape of a 911. I feel like that would be appropriate for a Barbie Corvette, but even Chevy has more class. "Form Follows Function" you say? Ferdinand is rolling over in his grave. More
