I’m not a heavy review guy when it comes to service because I recognize people are human and they make mistakes. However when it comes to integrity and honesty that’s where I draw the line with my inco because I recognize people are human and they make mistakes. However when it comes to integrity and honesty that’s where I draw the line with my income. I dropped off my truck for service and made clear on the phone when scheduling that “it is either the fuel or air filter that needs replacing the code on the dash is the one to replace.” I then also said this in person to the gentlemen when I dropped off the truck in person. He told his service advisor Eric bates that I never said it was one filter or the other. I would have been fine with a man, saying he made a mistake and forgot to relay that message to the team, I am not okay with him being dishonest about it. I have bought 180k worth of trucks from this company and will not be returning for business since they bill you for services you don’t need or did not ask for. Be careful they don’t charge you for more than you need here. I’ll be taking my hard earned money to a different shop. GM responded to my review but has not replied to my email or reached out. More
