At first I was extremely frustrated with the whole process. I made an appointment and they says they needed to keep my truck for 3 days to look at a leaking window. Seriously top tier service and care from my sales rep Ras and his lead Juan. I came in looking for something specific at a set price and was able to make a deal and felt taken care of throughout the process and his lead Juan. As with any car sales, there is always some negotiation that is done. I found on this purchase that things went pretty smooth. Very little negotiation had to be done. The staff at Gateway Chevrolet were great in helping me work out an acceptable price on the vehicle. I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Trax LT the same day I first went into the dealership to look at it. The salesman 'Razz' was a great help and worked with me through the full process from beginning to end. I plan to purchase my next vehicle through Gateway Chevrolet. More
