I''m not one to write reviews but I have to give credit where it's due. I purchased a vehicle at Gateway yesterday and after visiting various dealerships I can't stress enough how professional, friendly, a where it's due. I purchased a vehicle at Gateway yesterday and after visiting various dealerships I can't stress enough how professional, friendly, and easy the process was made for me by Gateway. My salesman Razz (ask for him seriously you'll thank yourself) entertained all my dumb questions and was a pleasure to work with; no pressure no stress. Never once did I feel like it was me vs. him but rather it was a joint effort to find the right vehicle at the right price. Even after we had agreed on the sale and were waiting for paperwork he took the time to just sit with me and get to know me. He had no reason to do this other than just going above and beyond to treat me like a person and not just a customer. Gateway (and the teamwork of Razz/Jeremy) made a customer for life based on the way they treated me and literally held my hand through the car buying process. More

The over all car buying experience was pretty good until I got to the finance department. I worked with OMAR POLO in finance and he gave me a horrible experience. I understand the dealership is a business t I got to the finance department. I worked with OMAR POLO in finance and he gave me a horrible experience. I understand the dealership is a business trying to make sale in as many areas as possible, but when I declined to purchase certain coverages that I felt I did not need, Omar seemed to take this rejection personally. His mood very obviously changed and begun acting rudely. He said things like “lets hurry up, so I can get you out of here”, and when I tried to ask questions for clarification during signing, he responded “It’s there, you can read it”. This is very unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anyone. A dealership is a place of business, he shouldn’t be so quick to act out so improperly. More
