Great customer-focused service both before and after the sale. We have purchased 2 cars in the last 6 years and been very happy with the sales service. It is a 30-minute drive for us to take our car in for service, but I won't go anywhere else. I like the convenience of scheduling online for service appointments as well. All around great dealership! My problem with my tire was taken care of promptly. I called Toyota when my tire was having a slow leak. I was able to bring my car in right away. Everyone in Sales and Service is helpful and eager to please. Love the diagnostic video of my car that was sent to me while waiting for oil change and tire rotation.
