I enjoyed the salesman Don. But please watch out for the detailing area if your vehicle isn’t new. My husband drove my car home from the dealership and didn’t pay attention to detail. Inside my vehicle was drawn crayon/lipstick smashed in the seat. The shade clip was broken and the tire had been plugged. None of this prevalent upon the test drives. Not was it there before going to the detail area. Contacted this dealer as I was interested in a car they had in stock. First the sales person seemed responsive but as the process went along his customer service became very poor. First he told me he would had in stock. First the sales person seemed responsive but as the process went along his customer service became very poor. First he told me he would get me figures for my Trade and then told me that the reason why he didn’t was because they were putting in store clients before anyone else. So I waited and still got no response then finally he said he’d get back to me the following morning and never did. I then tried contacting him for an entire day and there was NO response from him. The following morning I contacted him again only to find out the car o was interested in was sold the day before. This salesperson never bothered to contact me for days . I was very disappointed as during our conversation he even took a credit application from me. This is just poor customer service . This was the second time in a row that I received poor customer service from Gravity as I had tried to negotiate on another vehicle from one of their sister stores in another location and also had a bad experience there. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this company as I should of looked at all the BAD reviews before even attempting to deal with them. Don’t buy from this dealer as all they do is lead you on and lie to you in the process. More

I had an amazing experience with Stedman the sells man and Ron the manager at Gravity Auto. They both had excellent customer service. I came in wih nothing and left with a car with a 0 down payment and cr and Ron the manager at Gravity Auto. They both had excellent customer service. I came in wih nothing and left with a car with a 0 down payment and credit of a new tag with also bad credit they was able to still make it happen to where I left with a smile on my face. I will definitely recommend this car dealership to anyone. They was straight forward and if you got the time they gone make sure you leave with something, as long as you can be committed to your ownership of the car. Great people, and nothing but good vibes. More
