The whole team and Salesman were very well spoken and broke down the details of the maintenance work that was given to the vehicle. Timing was not so bad this time the waiting for my car less than 2 hour broke down the details of the maintenance work that was given to the vehicle. My service experience was very poor. Twice Heiser ordered the wrong part. One of the associates hung up on my wife when she called. A third time they were scheduled to pick up my car Twice Heiser ordered the wrong part. One of the associates hung up on my wife when she called. Regarding transmission inspection. The inspection/invoice literally listed exactly what I told service, nearly verbatim. “Verified customers concern”. So to regurgitate what I told service without any diagnostics at all cost of $178.00 made this customer very unsatisfied. Apparently no OBD diagnostics, tranny fluid inspection for metal/color/smell, no suggestion of adaptive learning resets, not even a mention of a test drive. Because of this encounter, I am seriously rethinking the F150, and likewise my wife Barbara Markoff has questions as well. Jerry Kaster More
