Shelly Barr was amazing, as was Danny the manager. The porters were not great. Shelly was trying to clean up a scuff on my seat and they made fun of her and didn’t help. Eliot is the best car salesperson I've gotten the pleasure to work with. I had a car in mind that was great however was missing some of my personal wants on my checklist. Eliot actively listened to my needs and was able to suggest three alike cars with all of the features and more in my budget! I was able to tell Eliot that I wasn't interested in 2 of the cars and he stopped showing me those cars at once to make sure we were making the best of time to find a car that had what I was looking for. Eliot is not a Sales Consultant, he is a Sales Professional. Eliot understands the need for active listening and communication. We found the car and he was more than happy to go on another test drive and teach me all of the features and layout in new car. I loved working with Eliot and would happily do so again.
