Executive Volkswagen of North Haven has been my go to dealership around since I bought my Tiguan a couple of years ago. I originally had an issue with my tdi Jetta and brought my car to executive instead dealership around since I bought my Tiguan a couple of years ago. I originally had an issue with my tdi Jetta and brought my car to executive instead of the other dealer I bought my car from due to bad customer service I received there. When I bought my car Skip was able to help me back then and when I was in the process of buying my Tiguan as well. Skip has helped me over the years with any mechanical issues or tuneups needed. All in all my experience with Executive has been great! Always in a timely manner, everyone is very attentive and helpful. More

Everyone I met a and/or interacted with was very nice & welcoming. Eleanor was very kind & patient with what were probably stupid questions from me but never made me feel foolish. Every time I have had work done at the north haven location I have had to return. It’s never done right the first time. This time i went for an oil change. I get half way home and all the dash lights location I have had to return. It’s never done right the first time. This time i went for an oil change. I get half way home and all the dash lights came on??? While it’s a quick fix for them when I get back there. It’s time away from work. This goes back years. My first negative experience was for a car window. Four times and still not working. Crazy. I will drive extra and go to old saybrook More
