My 2018 Mustang wouldn't start, so my husband Ken looked it over & connected battery charger. I had him contact Carlos, who said to bring it in for inspection of the battery. Ken was able to start & drive t it over & connected battery charger. I had him contact Carlos, who said to bring it in for inspection of the battery. Ken was able to start & drive the Mustang to the shop & an hour or so latter was advised by Carlos the battery needed replacement ( after 18yrs) battery replaced my Mustang allset thanks Carlos for getting me back on the road.
