Got a warm welcome and quick recall service on my vehicle. They recommended several additional items which I agreed to. $611 LATER...I got no military discount. Two days later, my 9 month old Dieha vehicle. They recommended several additional items which I agreed to. $611 LATER...I got no military discount. Two days later, my 9 month old Diehard battery is dead and the hood to my Santa Fe is broken, none of the fluids they said they filled were filled and basically, my car was in far worse shape when I got it back than when I left it. I got back to Parks for assistance and got a huge run around. Said battery was bad and it would cost $500+to fix. They did top off the fluids that they didn't do in the first place but no offer whatsoever to fix the military discount. I immediately went to AutoZone where I got the battery and it tested great. It needed a shim for the battery casing because that too got broken at Parks. Five minutes and $5. All fixed. Parks Hyundai will never touch my car again. More

Scheduled an appointment but wasn’t in system. Took a week to get car fixed. Kept getting ignored, they didn’t even know my car was there. I had to call several times and never was able to speak to my advisor. Has to speak to the manager and instead of correcting the advisor, he made excuses for him. Wasn’t made to feel as if I mattered. More
