I loved how on Friday at 11:00 am their crack internet sale rep sends me am email with the exact lease deal that I wanted and indicating that they had the car on the lot (even giving me the color) that matched the deal only for me to arrive at my stated appointment the very next morning to sign for that vehicle (less 24 hours later) to be given a line of crap by their saleswomen that somehow that vehicle was given to a 9/11 charity (nice touch there as I guess baby cancer would have seemed even more fake) and that the only vehicle available from their dealership would have to be a more expensive car with added $5,000 in lease payments. A total waste of my time in a crude insult to my intelligence. More

Let me say this, I paid for the difference in prices which was very fair and was out of the dealership with the new Q5 in less than half an hour..This is how business is done and loyalty is granted. Straightforward no nonsense purchase I went to this dealer based on a coworkers recommendation. He referred me to Edwin. However, Edwin was on vacation... However, Edwin sent me to James. Straightforward. Knowledgable. And fast. I leased a 2016 SQ5 for a tremendous price... Other dealers weren't even close to what they offered. I was out of there in about 2 hours. I didn't get any of the "typical" dealer tactics. Can't wait to do it again in 3 years. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I love my Audi so far. More

Happy Happy 2 Time Customer. Audi Meadowlands is FANTASTIC! Anyone can sell you something once. The real trick is to have a customer who wants to return and buy from you again!! That is the case at Audi Meadowlands only it’s not a trick. They do it with ease, by offering you great value, a no nonsense approach, and good old-fashioned, best in class, customer service. In 2012 Edwin Mercedes was my salesperson and he and the team at Audi Meadowlands won my business with a beautiful Q5 Premium Plus at a lease price over $100 less per month than my local Audi dealer, 30 minutes down the road. In the 3 years I owned the car Edwin and the service department were there for me when two minor challenges of my own doing presented, and they went the extra mile for me when they didn’t really have to. Fast forward 3 years later to May of 2015, and the dealership calls me in to get out of my lease 4 months early to take advantage of some great pricing and some owner loyalty offers. Edwin is now the Sales Manager, and Marilyn Tedesco is my salesperson. I walk into the dealership and I’m greeted like an old friend or a family member, and I walk out with a car with a sticker price $5,000 higher than the vehicle I brought in and my payments are LESS! On top of that, they found the car in the color combination we wanted, 400 miles away near Buffalo, NY and had the car trailered in for us at no extra charge. Oh and did I mention, just like the car I leased from them in 2012, my new car came with a FULL TANK OF GAS!! My wife and I love this dealership, and never get the feeling we’re being “sold”. The staff is genuine and they all care about the customers. A few words about Marilyn Tedesco, and Alex Kyriakou: First off, don’t be fooled by this young woman who looks like she just graduated college. She’s a car business veteran, and long time employee of Benzel Busch who knows more about cars than half the “sales guys” I’ve met at other dealerships. Sweet, helpful, and a total pleasure to deal with, she’s older and wiser than she looks and if you’re lucky enough to work with her, grab the opportunity, you wont be disappointed. Today, we met Alex Kyriakou who was covering for Marilyn who could not be at the dealership when we were picking up our car. He took care of all the paperwork, including speaking with my insurance company to add the new Q5 and deleting the old Q5 from my policy, ending my old lease, and showing us a few new features on the new vehicle. He helped us sync both my cell phone and my wife’s cell phone with the Bluetooth and Audi MMI system, and showed us how to work the new and improved Navigation. He even programming my home address and the dealerships address to get us started. Annie in the finance department made easy work of the paperwork and after about half a dozen autographs had us on our way. Quick, easy, and simple as it should be. Benzel Bush and Audi Meadowlands are a “Class Act”, and I’m thrilled to now call myself a repeat customer. More

Prior to contacting the dealership, I had a set lease price in mind and did not want to deal with any haggling. Let me just say that I drove away in a new A3 with a feeling of confidence since I had gotten a deal that was way below what I expected to pay.
