Raymond's Great! I went to Palmer's to drive a used car. I was assigned to Raymond, who could tell I wasn't thrilled with the car. He asked, "What do you really want I went to Palmer's to drive a used car. I was assigned to Raymond, who could tell I wasn't thrilled with the car. He asked, "What do you really want?" I replied, "I'd really like a Sonata, but I can't afford one." He told me he felt I could not only afford a Sonata, but a brand new one! He ran in and got a quote from Bobby to prove it. I really appreciate Raymond using the numbers to show me that a new Sonata was within my reach instead of putting on a high-pressure pitch. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was happy. Palmer's even let me try out 2 cars overnight (1 for a whole weekend), and would have let me try more if I had wanted to. If the service department is as good as my sales experience, I will probably only buy a car from Palmer's in the future, and I plan to recommend Palmer's, and Raymond, to all I know interested in a new or used vehicle. More

I had been looking at Sante Fe’s on this side of the bay for a while and we knew wh I live in Baldwin county about an hour away from Palmer’s Hyundai. I had been looking at Sante Fe’s on this side of the bay for a while and we knew what we wanted. I didn’t feel like I was getting the best deal possible from my local dealers so I decided to call Palmer’s Hyundai. Samuel Morgan was the sales rep that I was placed with and he was awesome. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Didn’t have to haggle or spend 5 hours in a waiting room to get the price I was looking for at all. We made the deal over the phone and he was up front and honest the whole time. We absolutely LOVE our new Hyundai Santa Fe. Thanks Palmer’s Hyundai. More
