I went in thinking I was buying a 4Runner but left with a 2026 Tundra, 1794 edition. We looked at and test drove many different vehicles. Even when Anthony left on vacation, he stayed in touch with me making sure everything was going smoothly. ALL the department heads were friendly and patient also. Edward Mayzler who handles the financial paperwork and warranty options was great. Jon Petro who is the Team Captain, was just as fantastic as everyone else. He took care of all the final details while Anthony was away on vacation. He didn't miss a beat. Even my last Service Advisor, Mark, came out to say hi and check out how my experience was going while I was testing different vehicles. Steve and Paul Zion should be very proud of the dealership they have spent years building. The new building is absolutely fantastic! My experience started with WOW via email, their customer rep was very responsive and pleasant to negotiate with. I was inclined to choose this dealership due to that. She was straighforward, not pushy and no fluff, which are positive for me. I also met their sales manager briefly as I was wrapping up my decision. I came in later during their hours and my purchase was promptly processed at the end of the business day. I picked up my car 2 days later as I have arranged, albeit with ¼ tank of gas and uncharged EV battery. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
