When I dropped my car off I had a great welcoming but when I picked my car up without doing any of the repairs, he was not pleasant at all. Used to go to this dealership all the time. Stopped going because of a bad experience and when i returned i was reminded why i stopped going. They didn't seem to put much effort into helping to fix my vehicle. Went in with a 95k 2018 Infiniti qx60 with a check engine light and loss of power. They sent me an invoice for $20,000 for a new engine and I spent $200 just for them to look at my vehicle. I received a car wash and sent on my way. No oil change or any value for the $200 that was paid. Also, they stated car was sludged up and go back to the person that did my last oil change. Took it to a my local mechanic and he did an engine flush. It's been over a month now car runs great no check engine light and getting better fuel economy than ever before. More
