Stopped going because of a bad experience and when i returned i was reminded why i stopped going. They didn't seem to put much effort into helping to fix my vehicle. Went in with a 95k 2018 Infiniti qx60 with a check engine light and loss of power. They sent me an invoice for $20,000 for a new engine and I spent $200 just for them to look at my vehicle. I received a car wash and sent on my way. No oil change or any value for the $200 that was paid. Also, they stated car was sludged up and go back to the person that did my last oil change. Took it to a my local mechanic and he did an engine flush. It's been over a month now car runs great no check engine light and getting better fuel economy than ever before.

Yes, thank you for bringing this to our attention, as our loaner policy is not clear or communicated well. We are working with our website developers to make some changes per your input. Until then, if you will need a loaner, please call and schedule with your service advisor, as he can then and at that point reserve a vehicle for you. As far as a loyalty program, we do offer monthly service coupons to our loyal clients through our monthly newsletter.
