When I purchased a car from another dealership anytime my car was in for a service appointment I would get it back cleaned and vacuumed. It would be great if Lost Pines Toyota would provide this perk as wel car was in for a service appointment I would get it back cleaned and vacuumed. Did not buy car from this dealership due to supply chain issues but have used them for all service since new. Excellent customer service, ease of scheduling and good communication during the service visit. issues but have used them for all service since new. Unfortunately if the Dealership allows there Service Department to drive away customers with their POOR customer service, I can't continue to recommend them. I currently lease a 2023 Tacoma, the 5th Department to drive away customers with their POOR customer service, I can't continue to recommend them. I currently lease a 2023 Tacoma, the 5th one I've leased from them. I scheduled an appointment with Tia on August 19th for service on August 28th at 9 am. Upon arrival today was told I didn't have an appointment. I called my sales person and he helped clear this up. The truck was in for a gauge cluster replacement, regular maintenance and to have a rim repaired that one of Lost Pines Techs damaged 2 visits ago. The truck was taking in but sat for 7 HOURS without ANYTHING being done to it. So I have waisted 2 hours of drive time and 7 HOURS of my personal time only to have Lost Pines do NOTHING to my Tacoma. I have called the GM about this and will be waiting to see if ANYTHING at all is done to correct this terrible Service Department. More
