Salesman very nice - why I decided to buy car. Finance and management horrendous. Was told one thing and they did not follow thru. During our “signing for car”. His manager came in and told him Finance and management horrendous. Was told one thing and they did not follow thru. During our “signing for car”. His manager came in and told him he was taking too long. Would need to come in on Sunday his day off. Have no idea how or who I’m making my first payment to. Finance won’t contact me back. Basically after he was yelled at kicked us out of the room. I normally get a new car every 3 years. Have never been treated like that. More

First of all I drove 90 minutes to the dealership to see a specific car I’d spoken to the dealership about the day before and had an appointment to see.
