Up front with me, no games, told me what deals were or were not available, and honored everything we talked about online when I showed up to finally make the purchase. I know they worked hard to put my order in and do the model year rollovers as well when Ford was unable to meet demand (Maverick). Plus, they genuinely have enthusiasm and knowledge about cars and the market (you know what it's like when your car salesman knows less about the car than you do - it's not fun), and were even fun to chat with over email and in person. It's nice to know there's a reliable dealership in the area. Putting all the paperwork for the sale together was a little slow, but that was really the only downside to the whole experience. It barely rates a mention given all the other positives. Recommended. More
