Salesmen Ed Simpson & Mike Foster went out of their way to answer all my questions on the order of the new 2022 Ford Maverick ! I found both Ed and Mike to be honest and knowledgeable In answering my question and concerns and if there was any questions they could not answer as the Maverick is not out yet and is in the early stages of production, they found out the answers to my questions and got right back to me. I have never ordered a new vehicle before and always brought a vehicle from the dealers lot ! I was a little apprehensive to say the least and they made my experience at Chapman a good one so far as the customer service has been great !!! I would and will recommend Chapman to my friends and family ! Again I want to thank Ed and Mike for such a great experience !!! It's funny that I have a Ford dealership right down the street from me who I have dealt with for years and when I decided to inquire about the Ford Maverick I contacted them and another dealership and Chapman and Chapman Ford stood out among the other two dealers With their outstanding customer service !!! When I made my online purchase and picked up my car on 4/20 the team was great! But, the title lady Patty was very unprofessional. Yet, the copy of the registration a member of your team Mr Becker, overnighted clearly has my new address on it! And again the shipping documents and label sending me copies of the lost license and registration have my last name wrong. My name is Martha...not Martha Washington totally two different names! Customer Service is everything! We can’t keep putting the blame on CV. Being rude and making statements to your customers, like “any-who” is not good customer service! Assuming is never the way to run a business. Return customers calls please! More
