He makes it happen to my satisfaction Met Ed and he took a lot of time listening to what I was looking for. Selected a vehicle and as we are writing it up discovered it was sold minutes pr Met Ed and he took a lot of time listening to what I was looking for. Selected a vehicle and as we are writing it up discovered it was sold minutes prior. So I was dsappointed, bad timing, nobody's fault. But Ed, very positive thinker, searched another car and took me out to take a drive. Things go the way they are supposed to go, I liked the car but it was more than I wanted to pay. Ed had his work cut out for him because my trade-in was an unusual and difficult to sell vehicle. He spent a lot of time with the managers defending the positives of my trade. Finally we struck a deal, and I am thrilled with the purchase and fortunate to have the salesman work hard to make it happen. Thanks Ed! More

Exhausting Francisco was the person who made this deal happen. Ed Dembski & one of the sales managers turned down my first offer for the Silverado. It was a week Francisco was the person who made this deal happen. Ed Dembski & one of the sales managers turned down my first offer for the Silverado. It was a week later when Francisco called me at home to find out why the sale wasn't made when Francisco went to bat for me & made the sale. You should give Francisco most of the credit for the sale he was the person who made it happen. I'm very grateful to Francisco for taking the time to follow thru!!! Hang on to that guy he is a valued employee!!! More
