I just have to say "WOW" What service. I have a 2016 explorer, and I am having issues with my Transmission. I was dealing with Sean, service manager and I have to say this guy is on the ball. For 1 week explorer, and I am having issues with my Transmission. I was dealing with Sean, service manager and I have to say this guy is on the ball. For 1 week my car has been there and everyday he would call me just to keep me updated on what's going on, and he set me up with a car that I could drive for the week. I have bought cars from other dealer's before, but they really don't care about you only your money. This guy has been there for years and years and it show's that he care's about the customer.
