I wish I had never scheduled an appointment for 10/2/24, for an oil change only. The only positive park was Saul/Service Advisor noticed there was an open recall on my 2021 Nissan Rogue, and service departm for an oil change only. The only positive park was Saul/Service Advisor noticed there was an open recall on my 2021 Nissan Rogue, and service department was going to take care of this matter. I wish Dylan White (?), Saul in Sales and FeFe in sales had never come to me. It was a horrendous experience, keeping me there until 10 pm, arrived at 1:45. I was so exhausted, I drove home in terrible fear of having an accident. Payment on the sales end was more than I wanted it to be, plus I had to put $5000 as a down payment, which is going to affect me greatly. Then moving onto to Finance was a continued process very stressful period. With additional gap purchase, the current payment is much more than I am even slightly comfortable with. Again, I wanted to leave numerous times. I missed a social engagement at 5:45 in cedar creek at my Church. It was like a circus with Saul running in and out of Fefe’s office over and over. FeFe was so very pushy, over and over about how I really wanted three options I didn’t have on my 2021 Rogue. But I’ve had that 2021 over 2 years and have managed well. I mentioned the GAP to FeFe, she hurriedly replied “Oh, that’s handled in finance. With the purchase of a Gap option, my current car payment is $100 over my current payment. FeFe and Saul thought they were big winners with getting the payment lower after numerous attempts and Saul running back and forth to the Sales manager. Again, leaving there at 10 pm, trying to find my way out to the major thoroughfare was not fun. Plus, my headlights were very dim, appearing like not even on. When I turned off Hwy 71 to get home, I had to hold the head light switch on high beam in order to be able to see, and meeting on-coming traffic was quite difficult, drivers blinking there high beams at me. I was so exhausted when getting home I couldn’t sleep throughout the night. More
