Disappointed and Frustrated! aSeven days to get a part shipped in .. new switch ignition installed but it has failed. I'm still have the same issue; the truck doesn't recognize it in PARK. I would have thought that all possible error issues would have been checked. Google says it's possible Solenode, micro chip or linkage issues. Scheduled an appt online for 7/13 @ 0815 but did not get a confirm number. Tried a text and chat which was a waste of time. I'll be there tomorrow and do not expect a charge to find the issue! Really this should be a manufacturing defect .. tons on chats about this online. More

The dealership and my contact in the service department did an excellent job helping me get all of my belongings out of my car. They performed a quick diagnostic evaluation and took the time to identify the actual issue, which turned out to be that I needed a new 12V battery and to fix the loose wire. I especially want to recognize Arte who was the service advisor I worked with. He made the entire process easy, smooth, and straightforward from start to finish. He provided excellent customer service, communicated each step clearly, and has a great ability to keep customers calm during what can be a very stressful situation when their vehicle has unexpected problems. He was also able to provide me with a loaner vehicle for three days, or for as long as I needed until my car was repaired, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Overall, I had a great experience. The dealership was honest, efficient, and professional, and I would definitely recommend them. More
