"EXCELLENT SERVICE AT PRESTIGE BMW IN RAMSEY!!!!" I met Lori Asserson while out at a restaurant having dinner with my husband. She was seated right next to us and we casually started talking and had I met Lori Asserson while out at a restaurant having dinner with my husband. She was seated right next to us and we casually started talking and had an immediate connection. My husband and I were looking to lease a 2017 BMW so we paid Lori a visit and had an amazing experience with her. She was so knowledgeable, professional and quick!! She got us exactly what we needed and worked very hard to make it happen. The staff was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend Lori to anyone i know looking to buy a BMW and definitely go back to her in the future. Thanks again Lori!! I'm so happy!! More

Hands Down Best BMW Dealership Prestige is the only BMW dealership I will go to when leasing a new car. I've been to Orange County and Manhattan and have had horrible experiences at Prestige is the only BMW dealership I will go to when leasing a new car. I've been to Orange County and Manhattan and have had horrible experiences at both places. Prestige provides outstanding service all the time. They are helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and truly care about their customers. They assisted me in turning my old lease early and were able to get me into a car I fell in love with. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to be a Prestige BMW customer. More

Outstanding Customer Service! I went back to Prestige because they made me an offer I couldn't refuse with my lease trade-in and they worked tirelessly to get me to where I needed I went back to Prestige because they made me an offer I couldn't refuse with my lease trade-in and they worked tirelessly to get me to where I needed to be. Their customer service is better than ever! I used to service my 328 i x-drive several years ago but followed a service rep to a new place. Although the new place was very good, I have to say that Prestige worked hard to get my business back. Dwayne Wong, the BDLC Genius, Rich Ortiz in Finance and of course Pedro Andrade who sold me my new 2016 320 i x-drive - without Pedro's magical number work, it wouldn't have happened - ALL of them showed EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Keep up the good work, Prestige, and you will have customers for life. I hope you are paying these people very well because they deserve it!!! More

I would NEVER drive a BMW.. When I turned 40, I casually mentioned to my husband that I MAY want to give up driving SUV's and treat myself to a luxury car. That is all my husban When I turned 40, I casually mentioned to my husband that I MAY want to give up driving SUV's and treat myself to a luxury car. That is all my husband needed to go look at something shiny and new. Off I was, test driving at other dealerships and as we were pulling into the Newton BMW, I looked at him crosseyed. " I will NEVER drive a BMW", I said assuredly. Within 2 weeks, I was down at Prestige BMW in Ramsey picking up my new 528i. Our reason for going to Prestige was due to the fact that Newton's salesman didn't seem interested in selling a car. I don't need someone chasing me down, but when I tell them that I would like a price on a car and he says he will call me and I don't hear from him for 3 days, I consider that to be that he was not interested. It is funny with these high end dealerships. If I walked in with my hair done and jewelry on, they would stick to me like glue. That is why I liked Prestige. No judgements, not snotty. So we purchase our first BMW in February. Process was extremely easy. Everyone from the General Manager, the salesman, the finance guy and the girls at the reception were great. Then the gentleman who showed us the radio and features was so knowledgeable. Unfortunately only 6 months later, I totaled the car in an accident. The wonderful aspect is that Prestige was there for us in a heartbeat, trying to find me the same car and was able to make a deal to get one in to their dealership in the same color schemes for me. I have rarely seen a dealership go above and beyond like that. So within days , they were able to get me back up and running in my new 528i. Prestige will always have our business. Rich (our prior) and Lori, our salespeople were tremendous. Fernando , the manager makes you feel like family. I really can't say enough. BMW is lucky to have these individuals representing their name. More

Professional and personable staff We had a very positive experience leasing a BMW Sports Wagon from Prestige. Our salesperson, Rocco Chiusano, was very knowledgeable and efficient. There was little pressure and everyone was extremely courteous. The showroom was large, airy and immaculate. Dwayne Wong provided a good and precise introduction to the controls of the car. And our finance manage Jim Casella was also extremely professional. All-in-all a very positive experience. We would definitely lease from Prestige again. More
