There's practically zero wait to check in, and the notification system they have, to give you status updates or to reach out when something unexpected is found, is just great. I know exactly what to expect, and what's going on, at all times.
The quality of everyone, from the Service Advisors to the technicians themselves is just top notch. I've NEVER had an issue with anything and I've always felt I had the proper information at hand. Just a great, great experience all around.

I had to leave my car for 48 hours just for a diagnostic
check, with no transportation options. I did not hear from them until about 45 minutes from the full 48 hours. The service writer and technician coul

I ran down right away and had the Service writer ride with me and we heard it then. We thought we got to the bottom of the issue but it is still there.
Everyone was nice and helpful but I still have the issue I dropped the car for, that's the reason for 4 stars.
