We were not sure what vehicle we were interested in, but Dureen Olson lead us in the right direction for our growing family and we went with the Buick Enclave. Their service department, especially Gary Shimp, have been very helpful throughout the years as well. The fact that they come to your home and pick-up your vehicle for service, having two children under the ages of 2, really helped me out. Cut to almost 4 years later, all I had to do was give Dureen a quick call with the specs on the new vehicle we needed and she had one pulled and ready for us. She answered all of our questions and even took us to see other models on the lot as we requested, but honestly she had already had the vehicle for us before we even knew it. She worked with us and we are so happy we went back to see her for our new lease. Thanks Dureen! More

Outstanding customer service We finally decided it was time to replaced our 15 year old truck. We met with Paul to just see what the options were available to us. We fell in love with the a 2019 Denali, but unfortunately it was out of our budget. Paul and Dureen said "No problem! Lets see what we can make happen for you". Within a couple days, they found a gently used 2018 Sierra for us and it was absolutely perfect. They were able to process all of our paperwork prior to our arrival. We were in and out. They knew exactly what we wanted and needed. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Not pushy sales people. They made us feel like we were dear friends. Happy Mother's Day to Me. I came into the dealership on May 11, 2019 to have my 2015 Buick Verano serviced with an oil change and have new windshield wipers installed. Instead I came into the dealership on May 11, 2019 to have my 2015 Buick Verano serviced with an oil change and have new windshield wipers installed. Instead of sitting down in the service waiting room I walk through to look at the new Cadillacs. That's when I met Dureen Olson, she was kind and non-pushy. As I was looking at the few cars that were on the show room floor, she asked if I wanted to go upstairs to see more cars. I said where upstairs? She said in our other show room. As we went up the elevator the doors opened and I was like "WOW". Long story short I came in a 2015 Buick Verano, which I had named Brad. LOL. And I left in a 2019 Cadillac XT-5.
